Privacy Policy

This policy describes the website and request-management system available at fernandfablestudio.aibizshop.com. It does not describe third-party services that may be introduced later unless this page is updated.

Information submitted through the website

The contact form collects a name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message. The service request form collects a name, email address, optional phone number, service category, optional preferred date, and description. These records include creation and update times, a workflow status, and a one-way network-address hash used for basic abuse control. The site does not ask for payment card data in these public forms.

Account and operational information

Authorized staff accounts use server-side authentication. Client portal accounts, when issued, use a password plus a server-validated nine-digit verification challenge. Protected operational records may include client contact information, service requests, work orders, invoices, invoice line items, payments recorded by staff, and activity history. These records are not stored in browser local storage.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to messages, evaluate service requests, schedule approved work, maintain operational records, produce invoices, record payments, protect the service from misuse, and troubleshoot the website. A public request is not treated as a confirmed appointment.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by the hosting and infrastructure providers needed to operate the website. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. The current build does not publish a list of processors because an owner-approved vendor list has not been supplied.

Retention and choices

Records should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute handling, security, and business records. A final business-specific retention schedule has not yet been provided. To ask about a submission, request a correction, or raise a privacy question, use the contact form. Identity verification may be required before account or record information is changed or disclosed.

Security

The system uses encrypted transport, secure cookies, CSRF protection, server-side password hashing, access controls, protected administrative routes, and restrictive browser security headers. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and the public forms are intended for adults or for use with appropriate adult involvement.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the service, vendors, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current published version.
