Request serviceHow it works
The public website records service requests; it does not publish the internal schedule or claim that a submitted date is available. After a request is saved, staff can review its scope, the materials involved, timing, and any follow-up questions. Only then can the studio confirm whether and how the work can proceed. This structure supports real operations while protecting employee schedules and client information.
You do not need an account to send a request. Choose the closest service category, provide a preferred date if one matters, and describe what you want help with. If you are unsure which category fits, choose “Something else.” Do not include payment card details, passwords, medical information, or other sensitive data in a public form.
Fresh flowers
Flower requests may cover wrapped bouquets, occasion arrangements, sympathy pieces, centerpieces, seasonal stems, or another flower-focused need. Helpful starting details include the occasion, general color direction, desired scale, vessel needs, and the date or date range. Specific flowers can be requested, but seasonal and supplier availability must be checked before any promise is made.
For an event with several pieces, explain the number and general type of arrangements you expect. The studio can use that information to determine what additional measurements, reference photos, or planning details are needed.
Plants & styling
Indoor plant requests can begin with a surface, a corner, a room, or a maintenance preference. Plant styling extends that thinking across a larger space by considering rhythm, visual weight, access for watering, and how greenery relates to furniture and circulation. The studio can review residential and workplace ideas without publishing a claim about a specific service area.
Natural light is one of the most useful pieces of information you can provide. Note which direction the nearest windows face, whether the area receives direct sun, and how far the plant would sit from the glass. If pets or young children use the space, include that too so the request can be reviewed with placement and plant selection in mind.
Repotting & care
Repotting and care requests can include a vessel change, soil refresh, pruning, propagation support, or general troubleshooting. The public request form cannot diagnose a plant, and the website does not promise that every plant can be restored. A staff review can determine what information is still needed and whether an in-person inspection is appropriate.
For the first message, describe the plant’s approximate size, how long you have owned it, what has changed, and the conditions where it lives. Do not bring a plant to an unspecified location or time; wait for a confirmed plan from the studio.
Workshops & events
Share the group size, preferred date range, participant age range when relevant, accessibility needs, and the kind of botanical activity you have in mind. Format, capacity, duration, and materials are confirmed only after review.
Delivery review
Delivery can affect the design, packaging, timing, and handling of plants or flowers. Include the general destination area and timing need in your request. Do not publish or send access codes through the public form.
Send one concise request. Staff can follow up for photographs, measurements, budget direction, or other details after reviewing it.
