SMS Terms

Fern & Fable Studio does not currently operate a public SMS marketing or automated service-notification program through this website. Providing an optional phone number in a form does not enroll you in recurring text messages.

If SMS is introduced

Before a text-message program is activated, the enrollment language, message purpose, frequency, sender identity, carrier notice, HELP and STOP instructions, consent records, privacy disclosures, and any applicable fees must be configured and reviewed. Consent to receive texts must not be treated as a condition of purchasing a service unless applicable law permits and the enrollment language clearly says so.

Verification codes

The client portal currently supports a server-side nine-digit verification workflow through a configured delivery channel. SMS delivery is not enabled in the present deployment. Verification codes should never be shared with anyone and expire after a limited period.
