Request service

Give the studio a clear place to begin.

Choose the closest service category and describe the result you are looking for. The form saves a pending request for staff review; it does not reserve an appointment or guarantee availability.

Before you submit

One request can start the conversation.

Use a preferred date to communicate timing, not to select an open appointment. Staff scheduling is protected behind the employee login and is not exposed on the public website. After review, the studio can ask for photographs, dimensions, quantities, destination details, or other information that would be excessive in a first-contact form.

The form accepts flower, plant, styling, care, workshop, event, delivery, and other requests. If several service categories are related to one project, choose the primary category and explain the rest in the description.

Do not include payment card information, passwords, door or building codes, medical details, or confidential business information. A public request should contain only what is needed to understand the work.

Submitting creates a pending request, not a confirmed appointment.

Seasonal flowers grouped by color for a custom arrangement request

Flowers

Describe the occasion and the feeling.

Color direction, scale, vessel needs, quantity, and timing are useful starting points. Availability changes, so a request should not depend on one unconfirmed flower variety. If the flowers are for an event, note how many pieces you may need and whether they serve different purposes.

Staff can review the request and determine which additional details are needed before a design or timeline is confirmed.

Plants, care & styling

Describe the conditions, not just the look.

Share the approximate size of the space or plant, the light available, your maintenance preference, and any relevant household considerations. If you have an existing plant or vessel, mention its size and condition. Photographs can be requested after the initial record is reviewed.

Clear environmental information helps the studio avoid recommendations that look appealing but are poorly suited to the location.

Workshops, events & delivery

Share the practical boundaries early.

For a workshop or event, include the estimated group size, age range when relevant, preferred date range, accessibility needs, and the kind of activity you envision. For delivery, provide a general destination area and timing need, but never place private access instructions in the public form.

Capacity, route coverage, materials, pricing, and availability must all be confirmed by staff. The request form deliberately avoids presenting unknown values as settled facts.
