Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Fern & Fable Studio website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting a message or service request.

Requests are not confirmations

A service request, preferred date, contact message, or automated API response does not create an appointment, reservation, order, estimate, or contract. Scope, availability, materials, delivery, timing, and price must be reviewed and confirmed separately by authorized staff.

Permitted use

You may browse public information and submit genuine questions or service requests. You may not probe protected areas, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, interfere with the service, scrape personal data, impersonate another person, misuse the API, or submit content that is unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or infringing.

Accounts

Staff and client accounts are issued or configured through protected workflows. Account holders are responsible for keeping credentials and verification codes private and for signing out on shared devices. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported through the contact form without sending a password or code.

Content and availability

Plant, flower, workshop, care, and delivery descriptions explain service categories, but availability can change. Images are illustrative of the studio’s botanical subject matter and are not a promise that a specific flower, plant, vessel, arrangement, employee, location, or result will be available. The website may be changed, suspended, or maintained without advance notice.

Intellectual property

The site’s original text, layout, branding, and media are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal evaluation of the services. No broader license is granted.

Liability and governing terms

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Business-specific governing law, dispute terms, warranty language, and liability limits should be added only after owner and legal review; this page does not invent those terms.
